About Me!

Jianna Caro (she/her) is a musical theatre performer from Yonkers, NY! She grew up a musical child, singing 24/7, learning every Broadway cast album she discovered by heart, and teaching herself guitar, ukulele, and piano! It wasn’t until she stumbled into her freshman MT musicianship class that she fell in love with theatre and started to pursue musical theatre professionally! She recently earned her BFA in Musical Theatre at Binghamton University in May 2026. She is super excited to experience auditioning in NYC and looks forward to making meaningful art that inspires young artists to embrace vulnerability and recognize the importance of storytelling today :)

Anyone who knows Jianna knows her for her infectious smile, playful energy, type-A determination, and love of making new friends and new experiences! Growing up Latina (Puerto Rican-Dominican-Cuban-American!), she owes her expressive storytelling, stage presence, and work hard/play hard mindset to her family, who push her to follow her dreams and love with all her heart. When not performing, she loves thrifting, indulging in sweet treats (fro-yo, soft serve, dirty soda, and matcha, to name a few from a long list…), spotting angel numbers, listening to Lizzy McAlpine, romanticizing life, and spending time with her family and friends!
